Pillow is great love the art work but the zipper quality is bad . Zipping it up the last bit wouldn’t go then it had a gap and continued . I cannot unzip and do again in fear of the whole thing breaking. But the art work is amazing and I am so so happy for my purchase.

Bought this for my horse loving granddaughter and she absolutely loved it. Fabric has a nice texture and inside pillow is good and fluffy. Delivery occurred in a reasonable time.

This painting is of a Western Tiger Swallowtail feeding on a beautiful Evening Phlox plant. This butterfly is actually a double tail swallowtail which you can see in the painting. I was taking reference photos of this flower when this butterfly came in and landed on the exact spot I was shooting. I felt this was a sign so it became this painting.
I am a Colorado native and have spent my life living, working and studying our wild lands and the magnificent animals that call them home. I am lucky enough to live in the beautiful mountains outside of Colorado Springs, where inspiration abounds. I am a self-taught artist who specializes in wildlife, western and landscape subjects, and work mostly in oils, but I also enjoy watercolor and pencil. Although I love to paint anything, I tend to favor painting birds, especially songbirds and birds of prey. Through the years I have developed the nickname, The Bird Man. I love color and fine detail and this is a perfect match with birds. They are very difficult to paint but that is part of the fun. I spend my winters locked up in the studio...
